In 1910, he was living in Henry Township, Payne County, Oklahoma (9). He was a farmer (9). He was living with his wife Susan, his son Will, and Will's family (9).
He died on 16 November 1913, at Stillwater, Oklahoma (11).
On 29 November 1913, his widow, Susan M Bartholomew, applied unsuccessfully from Oklahoma for a pension (8, 11).
