death certificate

[death certificate, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, March 1862, James Clark]
[Although this seems to suggest he died in Philadelphia, the fact that no date of death is given (but only a month), and that the death certificate was signed by the Health Officer, may suggest that he did not]
