During the war

His clothing was issued by the Adjutant General's Department, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (5).

On 19 April 1863, he was sent to the corps hospital (2).

He was transferred on 15 July 1863 to the Veterans' reserve corps (1, 3, 4, 5, 7). He served in company E [?] of the 3rd regiment of the Veterans' reserve corps (7)..

On 14 August 1864, he returned to the regiment from hospital (6).

After the war

On 21 November 1870, he applied unsuccessfully for a pension (7).
