P V V; also E D Baker Post, No 8, and employes [sic] of A J Reach Co, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services, on Sunday, the 17th inst. at 1.30 PM, from his late residence, 5534 Cambridge st, 55th and Girard ave. Interment at Fernwood.
I HEREBY CERTIFY, That I attended deceased from 3-9 1907 to 3-12 1907, that I last saw him alive on 3-12 1907 and that death occurred, on the date stated above at 11.45 P.M. The CAUSE OF DEATH was as follows:
