After the war

On 24 July 1890, he applied successfully for a pension (8).

On 27 June 1898, he was admitted to the National Soldiers Home (4, 6, 7). In 1898, he was present in the Southern Branch (4). He was admitted from Pennsylvania (4, 6, 7). He had varicose veins (4, 6). He was not receiving a pension (4).

In 1905, he was present at the Southern Branch of the National Soldiers Home (6). He was apparently not receiving a pension (6).

On 19 January 1909, he again applied for a pension (8).
