Spanish American War Memorial - Springfield, IL

 

The Spanish-American War Memorial unveiled on June 17, 1948, during the 45th United Spanish War Veterans Department of Illinois Encampment at Springfield and 50th Anniversary of the War.

Located in front of the Illinois State Police Headquarters (former State Armory) on the south side of the building which is north across Monroe Street from the Illinois State Capital.
