Advertiser May 11, 1918 (Collinsville, IL) |
| Josephus Farner,
aged 76 years, who has been a resident of the
Soldiers and Sailors home at Quincy, Ill., died
at the institution Tuesday as the result of an
infection of the heart. The remains were brought
to this city and taken to the home of his
daughter, Mrs. Anna Failer, on St. Louis Road,
from which place the funeral was held Friday
afternoon, the interment being at Glenwood
Cemetery. Friends of the family extended their
sympathy to those bereaved. |
