John M. Wolf Dies

John M. Wolf, Civil War Veteran, aged eight-one years, seven months and fifteen days, died at his home at 800 West Main Street, Tuesday evening at 8:45 o'clock. Mr. Wolf was a former teamster.

The deceased was born in Ohio on August 16, 1841, and came to Collinsville seven years ago. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Mary Wolf, two sons, William and Ed Wolf, one daughter, Mrs. Anna Emmerson and two stepdaughters, Mrs. Louis Fellhauer and Opal Burton.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon with interment at Glenwood cemetery.

CIVIL WAR VETERAN IS BURIED SATURDAY

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock for John M. Wolf, Civil War veteran, who died previous Tuesday night. The services were in charge of the G.A.R. The Daughters of Veterans attended in body and the Sons of Veterans constituted a firing squad with a bugler and drummer at the grave. The Daughters of Veterans rendered a selection, "Tenting Tonight."

Interment was made in Glenwood Cemetery, Rev. Colbert officiated.
