| Arthur Webb Platt served
from November 1900 to March 1903. He was promoted to
Corporal on December 26,1901. His
promotion papers stated: "He is
therefore carefully and diligently to
discharge the duty of Corporal by doing
and performing all manner of things
thereunto belonging."
