Born in Stafford, England on March 15, 1877, Noah enrolled on April 27, 1898. He was mustered in on May 11th of that year, and mustered out on November 7, 1898.

Pictured (center), Pvt. Shakespeare was Sr. Vice Commander of the Dept. of Washington & Alaska U.S.W.V. during 1920-1921. He died in Everett, Washington on January 12, 1952.

NOTE: The Spanish War Service Medal (above), was awarded for service in the Spanish American War & issued to all officers and men who served 90 days excluding the theater of operations in the war.
