10th, 1946, I regret I will be unable to
attend the ceremony scheduled for July 31st,
at Room 859 in the Federal Building.

	Therefore, as requested by your
office in a phone conversation this morning,
I am writing this letter to ask that you
mail the Bronze Star which has been awarded
me, to my residence, 1741 Burlingame Ave.,
Detroit 6, Michigan.
